New Pulp Alley gang idea, the thoughtful gang

 A couple of us have been thinking about a different type of gang. I am not the originator of this idea, but these are some of my thoughts on the matter. 

To start with I listed all the existing abilities that gangs might normally have. Then on the right I listed what I thought could stay and what abilities could be added to reflect a more thoughtful less violent gang.

    This is not intended as a definitive list just a continuation of the discussion that we were having, but with stuff written down. We had talked about SWARM in conjunction with HARMLESS as it does make an enemy defend against a card played from your hand. I do not know if Harmless alone would be too powerful for the gang, maybe it is maybe it is not. Up for discussion.
